Meet Laysha
Hello! My name is Laysha Ramirez Cruz, and I’m currently a student at the School of Art and Design at East Carolina University. A big part of my identity is being a first-generation student and a Mexican American, which translates to my art most of the time. I’m incredibly passionate about art and learning new techniques, especially in 3D modeling and texturing. Whenever I discover a new technique and implement it into my art, I love seeing it in action, which then ignites my curiosity to pursue other techniques, creating a cycle of endless learning. I take my passion for art extremely seriously and in most cases go beyond the requirements for school projects to ensure that my vision is met.
